Kees van der Westen is a Dutch espresso machine designer, you can see his work on the Espressonistic Works website. I have no idea how good this machines are, but they would certainly be a conversation item in any coffee shop.

This is seriously one awesome coffee machine to use I have one in my cafe we have had it for only a week and a half we got the optional foot pedal for the right hand steam wand which is cool as it allows you to do other things more efficiently. It doesn’t even flinch in the busier periods of the day. Nicer then the La Marzocco i used at a previous place i worked at.
