Simon Law’s frothy art

From the post:
Simon uses the tip of an oven thermometer to flick away fragments of surface froth, exposing the coffee colour underneath.
"The customers love it," he says. "But when we’re busy I get frowned at by the boss for taking too long."
He has no formal art training other than high school, where he didn’t take to painting but loved sculpture and metalwork.

One of the women in our group showed us some pictures of your art. i could drink coffee all day … after it got cold that is.. would hate disturbing the art. A question. Would you allow me to make a signature tag using any of your photos? Good Morning, etc. If you are not familliar with what I am refering to I woild be happy to send you a sample of a tag or two.
If you do say yes, your name and/or the shop’s name will be on the tag as the copuright and the web address also.
Thanks

I really enjoyed this! I think you should continue to do this and even open your own coffe shop. People would come from everywhere. I would come to see you do that!
Thanks! :)
