Who cares about trans-fats. The real issue is that starbucks baked goods are appalling tasteless crap.

You cannot walk down a main street in a German Austrian, Hungarian or French village(probably elsewhere in Europe too but those I can speak for) without finding a cafe or kondittorei serving baked goods orders of magnitude better than starbucks.

Why the devil would anyone even look at “banana nut coffee cake”, whatever the hell that is, much less eat the damned thing?

Must we North Americans persist in being ignorant yokels? Comb the straw outen yer hairs, hayseeds.

Starbucks, pfah.
